Taste of Europe 2025

   This year, the “Taste of Europe 2025” festival brought together the diverse cuisines of Europe.
Each country presented its signature dishes, turning the event into a true celebration of flavors. Azfilter was also part of this concept, as our water filtration systems are made in Europe. This allowed us to showcase quality and reliability that meet European clean water standards.
   Our main goal was to demonstrate how water quality directly affects the quality of food. The role of water in cooking is often underestimated, yet it is the invisible but essential ingredient behind every flavor. Chlorine, salts, and mechanical impurities in water can alter the taste, aroma, and texture of dishes. This difference is especially noticeable when preparing drinks, sauces, or desserts.

Clean and balanced water:

• protects fruits and vegetables from bacteria,
• preserves the natural flavor and color of food,
• minimizes aroma and taste loss during cooking,
• extends the lifespan of kitchen equipment by preventing scale and corrosion.

   The importance of clean water is the same in both professional kitchens and home cooking — perfect results begin with pure water. That’s why in both the HoReCa sector and everyday use, having a reliable filtration system is not a luxury, but a necessity.
