Quartz sand

   Quartz sand is a natural filter media used in pressure tank (balloon) filtration systems for mechanical water purification. It removes sand, silt, clay, rust particles, and other suspended solids, improving water clarity. Quartz sand is chemically inert, does not alter water composition, and is commonly used as a pre-filtration stage in water treatment systems.
